It’s easy to see how so many travellers have forgotten about the three tiny countries in the top of South America known as the Guianas. They are isolated and tiny, but one country in particular deserves some attention. Guyana is a country rich in so many different aspects. It has one of the world’s most spectacular waterfalls which dives out of the rain forest and into the river below. It has an absolutely untouched rainforest, and it even has a savanna where wildlife seems to crawl through every rock. I don’t imagine it will be too long, however, before the country begins to take off as a travel destinations. Even the best keep secrets find a way out if they are special enough.
